Shearing principle
① Cutter grain ② cutter roller ③ fixed cutter ④ screen
The cutting part is composed of knife roller, knife particle, fixed knife and screen. The minimum installation clearance between knife particle and fixed knife is 0.1mm. The motor drives the cutter roller to rotate at high speed through the reducer, so that the cutter particles installed on the cutter roller form cutting with the fixed cutter. After one cutting, if the size of the material is less than the aperture of the screen, the material will be discharged from the mesh. Otherwise, the material will be cut twice or multiple times in the cutter box until the size of the material reaches the discharge size.
